Do Not get a few!

In 2Kings 4 a woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets comes before Elisha; crying in desperation. Her husband is passed and now the creditor is coming for her debt, however in this day and time that collection meant her sons would be slaves. They would work to pay off every debt she owed. This woman wasn't just pleading for her debt to
be paid, but this is a much pleading for her son's lives.
Elisha asks her what she has in her house. The woman replies with saying " your maidservant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil" (4:2). Elisha tells her "Go, borrow vessels at large for yourself from all your neighbors, even empty vessels; do not get a few.
Do Not Grab A Few!
Elisha then tells her to take the empty vessels behind closed doors, fill the vessels, and set aside what is full. (4:4) 1 Jar of oil is to be poured into these vessels?
The woman did as she was told. When the vessels were full and she asked for another vessel her son says they're all full. Not one more vessel. The Bible says immediately after that the oil stopped. Elisha now instructs her to sell the oil and pay her debt, and the remaining she and her sons will live on.
1 jar of oil is all she had. She had nothing else, but Faith. The prophet told her to go get empty vessels and DO NOT GET A FEW. He didn't say go get a couple from your neighbor. He didn't say 2 or 3, but he said to ALL of your neighbors. Get whatever you can. Can you imagine if she'd only gotten a few because her human mind thought that sound more reasonable? She wouldn't of have enough. Instead she didn't limit what the man of God instructed her to do. She didn't limit what God would do, but she stepped out in faith and God provide more than enough.
DO NOT GET A FEW! What are you needing right now? What are you believing God to do?
Whatever it is DO NOT GET A FEW. Expand your faith beyond your human understanding. Do not limit your faith. Do not think you can reason what God wants to do. This woman didn't get the miracle by something she didn't have! God expanded what she already had. The oil was the most costly thing she owned, but the oil was in her house. God took what she already had to provide even more then she needed. Even more! The oil was multiplied until it filled every jar that her faith was measured to. Meaning that had her faith been to get just two jars, then the oil would have expanded to just two jars, but her faith expanded to every neighbor that she went and asked for a vessel! Watch what He will do!
DO NOT GET A FEW!
