Daughter's Beauty Redefined

This morning during prayer the Lord put this on my heart and I hope it blesses you. His daughter's don't know they're beautiful, because they look for affirmation in all the wrong places. As daughter's our worth is not in expensive make up, fancy shoes, and the clothes we wear. Our worth is not in a man. You do not have to be in a relationship in order to be someone special. None of these things amount to the worth the Father sees when He looks at His daughter's. We have been fearfully and wonderfully made in our mother's womb (Psalm 139). There is nothing that can define our identity, because our identity is in Christ alone. When we realize that He is our identity, then we experience such freedom. It's freedom to not drag the weight of insecurity of not measuring up and looking the part, because the only part is being a child of God. Being a Daughter of the King (2 Corinthians 6:18 “And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,” Says the Lord Almighty.) and being the bride to the bride groom. When we walk in our true identity then we walk with confidence and strength in whatever we wear. Ephesians 3:11-12 This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him.
