No turn on Red

Ever wish the No turn on red signs were not at a certain intersection? I think we all have had those days! This morning as I pulled up to the red light I noticed  there was a bush covering my view and no matter how far I pulled up it wasn't safe for me to go. This reminded me of  why they sometimes have No turn on Red signs. I felt as though God was showing me in life we become in such a hurry to figure out what he has for us that we don't take the time to yield to his voice to see if it is clear to move forward. Many of us jump in before we have the release and then things seemed messed up and then we get mad at God because we are confused. I believe just like on the streets; God gives us No turn on Red signs for a reason. We have the choice to be obedient and wait for him, or we can proceed. When God gives us directions it is not so hard to figure out; it's simple and very clear. I was fighting to figure out what he was speaking  about with the No turn on Red, and this is what the Lord spoke to me
"stop and wait for me. Don't be in such a hurry that you miss what I need to say".
I asked him is that really is it? Is it that simple?
And he replied with a yes because I Am a simple God!

Just that easy! I believe when he leads and guides us it really is simple and very forward like this. We don't have to over think, or over analyze things ( Trust me I am a very Detailed/deep thinker  and this is a challenge for me). If we stop and wait for him, then He guarantees to meet with us. So instead of blowing that light stop and yield the right away, because you never know what He has to speak/show you.
