Believe the Dream Giver
This morning I feel there are so many people who have given up on their dreams. We ask God over and over for the same thing, and what he really wants is for his children to believe. Believe he will do what he says he will do. In Genesis 2 God tells Adam that he can eat from any tree except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It wasn't because God was holding out on Adam. I believe God wanted Adam to believe that what He had for Adam and Eve was his absolute best; only that which is Good. He wants us to believe in Him; he knows what is best for us. He knows our every step, and he knows what could happen with every choice we make.
Believe the dream that he has birthed in your heart, take pictures of your dream, and start to envision it as though it was. Believe in your provider. Believe that your lover is not going to break your heart. You may have believed before, and things didn't happen the way you thought, but God is a good God, and he has a plan for you just like he had for Adam. He has a different plan that for you then what you have for you; an even better dream then you could ever dream. Believe in the one who makes all things, and know he will never let you down; his word does not return void. No matter what happens he wants us to believe in what he speaks; he speaks it for a reason. Adam and Eve is only one example in the Bible, but it is the first. He wants us to believe what he says and be obedient. He may have given you a vision, but he is telling you to wait, or to hide it in your heart, but you want to rush it. He knows why he is telling you what he is telling you, so hold on to Him. Believe in him. Ask in prayer, Believing, and you will receive." (Matthew 21:21-22) Don't let doubt of confusion keep you from something great, Believe! It's okay to believe. Keep your heart on Him and He will show you all you need to know, BUT keep believing he will do what He said he will do. He's given you that dream and you have forgotten it. Now it is time to ask him to remind you what that dream is all about. He will show you piece by piece, and he will give you complete Peace in the waiting. Believe! DO not be afraid of what might happen, but believe in all the things that God has already done for you. Let your testimony speak forth and build your faith to believe for the dreams that have yet to be. BELIEVE!
